(My only comment to that last quote is this - worry about the spelling and grammar when you are editing. When you are doing the actual, initial writing - forget about all of that. Just let yourself write and write and write. Later, you can bring out the dictionary and correct your grammar, but that beginning inspiration needs to run like fire ... don't slow it down, don't stop to think, don't stop to breathe, just write!)
